Check-in
- You can complete your check-in comfortably and stress-free from home. As soon as your apartment is ready on the day of arrival, your PIN code will be sent to you conveniently.
Not feeling quite comfortable with that?
- No problem – you are, of course, more than welcome to check in personally at the POST Hotel reception, where you can pick up all the information you need directly on-site.

- Rooms are ready for you from 14.00
- We would ask that you check out by 10.00 at the latest
- An early arrival is possible depending on availability.

- Please let us know if you need a baby cot, high chair, or anything else for your stay.

Pets
- Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
You are welcome to inquire at the POST Hotel, where pets are permitted in the "Ferienhaus".

- Even if your room is not yet ready, you may also collect your guest card in advance at Reception

Parking spaces
- One parking space is included per apartment. If you are arriving with two cars, please contact us in advance.
- We also offer charging facilities for electric vehicles. Charging is available for a fee.

Payment methods
- You are welcome to pay for your apartment in full by bank transfer in advance, allowing you to simply check out by 10:00 AM on your day of departure.
- Alternatively, you have the option to pay comfortably at the POST Hotel reception using a debit card (EC-Karte), Mastercard, Visa, or cash.

Cancellation terms
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Free
- Between 29 and 8 days before arrival: 70%
- 7 days before arrival and up to the day you are due to arrive: 90%
- Premature travel interruption: 100%
We recommend taking our travel cancellation insurance, e.g. with Europäische Reiseversicherung. In the event of incidents.
